Training Tips Most glute exercises work all the muscles of the thigh, (quadriceps and hamstrings). When you’re doing squats or scissors, you need to emphasize pushing with your heels. If you push with the balls of your feet, you will increase the work of the quadriceps. Make sure your knees are aligned behind the height of your toes, thus reducing the risk of lumbar injuries. Before starting training, do a little cycling for 5 or 10 minutes. Complete your warm-up with a stretching session, also stretch between sets and after the training session.
